Obesity is one of the biggest health
problems in American society. With the proliferation of unhealthy foods and
unhealthy lifestyle concepts, many people are getting heavier and un- healthier
because they tend to accumulate calories as fats without burning them efficiently.
That is why many people are obese and cannot function well in their lives.
However, there are some causes of obesity in the United States which are lack
of exercise, overeating, and emotional problems.
The
first cause is the lack of exercise which is important to reduce weight. The
human body is a very strange machine. The less you move around the more damage
you do to your body. Everyone knows that along with obesity comes other serious
health problems that can seriously affect your life. So finding ways to keep
yourself active is very important. Maintaining a normal weight is not hard at
all, just burn more calories than you consume and you will have the perfect
weight.
Overeating
is the next cause that increases obesity. The good taste of the new snacks and
food product made the consumption of food does not match physical expenditure
in a single day, obesity begins. The extra fat that gained by the overeating
habit allows pockets of fat deposits accumulate within the human body. Also the
extra energy produces fat which is reserved into tissues. This imbalance in
energy conservation leads to overweight over a period of time.
The
final cause concentrated on emotional problems because sometimes people eat a
lot to forget the problems or to relieve a feeling of emptiness. Many
overweight people eat all the food that they see on the refrigerator because
they feel alone. Also they try to full their body with any kind of food because
their soul feels so bad and they need attention. Overweight people do that
action to attract people’s attention because they need that other people to
help them.
Finally,
obesity is a serious phenomena that growing fast in American society, which
lead to health problems. One of the main sources of happy life is a healthy
body. People can achieve healthy life by paying attention to the body weight,
by exercising , eating responsibly, and avoiding stress.
I think the most important reason that cause this phnomenon is the balance of eating diet in United Stated.That American eat cheese almost every day is unhealth.A student as me, I don't have a lot of spare time to make food myself,so I always eat outside.After 3 weeks I came to America ,one day I found my belly is bigger then before when I looked into the mirror.What a hell.It's difficult to add muscle,but it's easy to grow fat.There's no deny that I've eat a lot of fast food during last three weeks.It's necessary for me to keep the balance of eating diet.So I have to make food in the dorm myself.

I agreed with your opinions.Nowadays,an increasing number of people get weight very quickly,they eat a lot of sweet and high calorie food,but they have no choice because they are too busy to eat their meals,and they also have no time to do more exercise.This is a very serious problem annoyed people.But ,actually,there are some ways to help people lose weight,but it need you persist. Anyway,overweight is very unhealthy. Thanks for your remind!

Yes, you're right, the fact that overweight is a serious problem. There is a opinion that you mention is overweight could damage our body. It's true that many heart illnesses are caused by overweight. Like, heart disease, hypertension, breathing increases... so doing some is necessary. Everyday I go to the gym for a hour because I don't want get fat. I like to read your article, it's very clear and logical. There are some things I need learn from you.
